How do I get a quote?

You can get a quote by searching for your pick-up and drop-off locations on the Find Transport page. For a final price, please be sure to complete the number of passengers travelling, the date of travel and your flight time (for both legs of your trip if you are booking a return transfer). All the results are actual services available for your transfer. And all prices are the total price for all passengers travelling, and are based on the full travel details you provided. If you need help getting a quote for your transfer, or if you're having trouble finding available services, please Contact Support and our team will help you book.

How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking by selecting a service on the Find Transport page. Next, you enter your passenger and payment details, and click 'Confirm'. Your booking is made once you see your booking confirmation page. Plus you will receive an email confirming your Jayride booking. If you need help making a booking, or if you're having trouble with your payment, please Contact Support and our team will help you book.

What is included in the prices I see?

All prices are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges, and any other extra surcharges that the transport supplier would charge for a basic transfer. Private transfers include any fees for meet and greet services. Additional requirements such as child seats and extra luggage allowances may incur an additional cost, and the transport supplier will confirm this with you directly.

Can I book for travel today?

No, only some of our suppliers are able to provide transfers on such short notice. At this time online bookings generally must be made at least 24 hours ahead of travel. If you need to book transfers for travel within 24 hours and no service is available, please Contact Support and our team will find you a supplier who can provide the service.

Can I book for pick-up from multiple locations?

No, at this time you can only book a transfer for pick-up from a single location. To make a booking from multiple locations, please book for each pick-up location separately. If this is not what you want, please Contact Support and our team will help you book.

Can I change the number of people travelling on my return transfer?

No, at this time when you’re booking a Return transfer on our website you can only change the time and date of travel, while locations and the number of passengers must remain the same. To change the number of passengers on your return transfer, please make a separate booking.

Can I pay with other credit cards (AMEX, Diners, etc.)?

No, at this time our website only accepts Visa and Mastercard. You can tell us how you prefer to pay, please Contact Support and let our team know which payment options are missing for you.

Can I book a transfer that does not go to or from an airport?

No, only some of our suppliers are able to provide transfers that don’t travel To or From an airport. At this time all online bookings require an airport for either the To or From locations. If you need a transfer that does not go To or From an airport, please Contact Support and our team will find you a supplier who can provide the service.

How can I find transfers to or from my address?

You can search for your pick-up or drop-off location using the From and To search at the top of the Find Transport page. Simply click into the search field and begin typing your search location to see a list of suggestions. Then be sure to select your location from the suggestion list provided to make your booking. You can search for any From and To locations on Jayride, with transfers available for all major airports and nearly all local destinations. If you can’t find any available services for your transfer, please Contact Support and our team will help you book.

Do I have to book and pay for babies and children?

Yes, your supplier needs to know the exact number of people travelling to provide the service. You have to pay for every passenger when booking on Jayride. If you require a baby seat or child booster for any children travelling with you, please be sure to leave a note for what you need on your booking.

Are there any discounts for children and seniors?

No, at this time there are no discounts for children and seniors. You can request this feature, please Contact Support and let our team know which discount you want to see.

Can I book for disabled access transport?

No, only some of our suppliers are equipped to provide disabled access with their vehicles. At this time our website does not support booking for disabled access without prior contact with our suppliers. Before booking, please Contact Support and let our team know that you need disabled access.

Can I book for baby seats, extra luggage, or other items?

Yes, you can book for baby seats, extra luggage and any other items by noting these on your booking. Please be aware that extra items and other requirements may incur additional fees directly from your supplier. Your supplier will confirm your transfer based on your travel details provided. And if they are unable to provide the service requested, we will help transfer your booking to another supplier.

What happens after I book?

You should see a booking confirmation page, and you will also get an email confirming your Jayride booking. Your supplier will be in touch to confirm the best pick-up time for you based on your travel details provided.

Where will I be dropped off?

You will be dropped off at the location you booked on Jayride. All our transfers are door to door, and your driver will take you to the exact location that you selected on your booking.

What vehicle will my driver use for the transfer?

You can enquire about the vehicle with your supplier directly. You will get your suppliers full contact details after you book on Jayride. Usually, for a shared transfer you are paying for a seat and therefore cannot choose the vehicle for your transfer. And for a private transfer you are paying for the whole vehicle and it can range in size between sedan, van, or minibus depending on the number of people travelling.

What can I do if I've paid the wrong amount?

You haven't paid the wrong amount. The amount you pay on Jayride is the final price for your transfer based on your travel details provided. If you're still unsure, please Contact Support and our team will help you.
