“The person at LAX waiting-area was polite and found my reservation. When I asked him he said the wait would be about 25-minutes. Happily, it was much shorter and the shuttle driver was very helpful, polite and courteous. He seemed to be an excellent driver. He was helpful getting my luggage and waited to be sure I was OK before leaving. He also explained how I could reserve my return shuttle without going online to an additional service. The ride was $19 while the original service quoted $22. ”

“My sister flight was messed up so they changed it from Baltimore to Philadelphia. She texted and let them know and the company still sent her on a wild goose chase and never picked her up! She ended up having to take a taxi that was around $250! To get home.. Hope they don’t charge her too!”
