“Our first experience with Chiefton was a few days prior to this transfer, and my review was 5-stars with a couple of glitches in service by dispatch. This transfer was equally as enjoyable as our driver was very pleasant and new the area of San Diego well. He delivered us to the airport in a timely and safe manner. This time the vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson and was very cool and comfortable, just not as plush as the GMC Yukon we had on our transfer to our hotel from the airport. I have a tendency to enjoy being spoiled! We were first told that our driver was in a Chevy Cobalt. Then we received a text asking us to walk (with our luggage) to the street since the entrance to the Hotel Del was blocked. We thought that they should have been aware that the front entrance was closed due to renovations, and there was a temporary entrance at the back of the hotel. We informed them of the temporary entrance. and then were asked for the cross streets so the driver could find the entrance.”

“Let me start with the good: The booking process was simple and straightforward. Our driver was very courteous and friendly and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. The vehicle was a newer model GMC Yukon, black with black leather interior—very nice, cool, and comfortable! To me, this is the most important part. We were even offered cold bottled water for our trip. Now for the not-so-good: We were told that Chiefton would monitor our flight and be there to pick us up when it arrived. We were to receive a text where to meet our driver. We had no text so we proceeded to the ground transportation area of the airport while contacting Chiefton to inquire where to meet our driver. When we got outside, they asked what “letter” pickup area we were by. We were told to wait there and our driver would arrive in 10 minutes. After what seemed like at least 20 minutes (not really sure), our driver finally picked us up. I would have preferred that the process of finding our driver was ”
