If you need to change the time and date (for instance if your flight time changes) of your booking or your contact details, then contact us using our online form with your booking ID and desired changes, and we can update your booking for you.
If you need to make any changes to your booking that alter the price, (for example, changing location or the number of people traveling), then you need to cancel your original booking and create a new one. Our support team can advise the best course of action for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need some help.
Please note: We are unable to update your booking within 24 hours of travel. Any updates within 24 hours of travel are at the discretion of your transport company and need to be made by contacting them directly using the details on your booking confirmation.
Once you make your booking, you’ll receive meeting instructions from your transfer company. If you’re still unsure about where to meet your driver, simply contact them directly. Their contact details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Once you book you will be sent a confirmation email with contact details of your transfer company and the meeting instructions for your trip. If you are unsure about the pick-up procedures, get in contact with your transfer company prior to your travel day. Having a quick chat helps to make sure you and your driver can find each other.
Each transport company sets their own wait times. For most transport companies, the standard wait time is generally between 30-60 minutes.We highly recommend reaching out to your chosen transport company to find out about the wait time included in your booking
Your transport company may charge extra waiting time. If they do, you will be responsible for paying those charges directly to the driver at time of pick up.
If you happen to be delayed for any reason, please contact your transport company as soon as possible let them know you are delayed.
Alternative pickup arrangements are subject to the availability of the transport company.

We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that these things happen. If you need to cancel your booking, please first read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
To cancel your booking, click Manage Booking at the top of our website, enter your booking ID and the email address that you used for making your booking, then click on the green ‘Manage My Booking’ button. When you can see your booking details, click the ‘Cancel Booking’ button, add a reason for cancelling your booking, and then click the ‘Confirm Cancellation’ button. Once requested, you will be able to see that your booking has been cancelled. If your cancellation is confirmed more than 48 hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. Please see our Refunds and Cancellations Policy for more details.
Remember: If you also need to cancel a return transfer, you need to treat these as two separate bookings as they have separate booking IDs, and cancel them both. If you cancel only one transfer and not the other, you will not be eligible for a refund for the non-cancelled transfer.
