Once you see your booking confirmation page, your booking has been processed and sent to your selected Transport Provider. You will also receive an email confirming your Jayride booking.

The prices that are displayed are estimated based on today's exchange rates according to the currency you selected at the top of the page. Your final payment will be settled in the Transport Provider's currency.

All bookings are charged in the Transport Providers currency, which means that your card provider may charge you international transaction fees. Jayride does not charge any international transaction fees. For further information, please contact your card provider directly.
All prices are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges, and any other other fees that a Transport Provider might typically include for a standard point to point transfer. Private transfers include any fees for meet and greet services where available.
Additional requirements such as child seats and extra luggage allowances may incur an additional cost, and the Transport Provider will confirm this with you directly.
We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your booking. To cancel a booking, click the Manage Booking link at the bottom of our website and navigate to your country of travel then enter your booking details, and then click Manage My Booking. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Need to cancel your booking? link, add a reason, and click the cancel booking button. Once requested, you will be able to see that your booking has been cancelled.
Some booking types are unable to be manage in this tool. If you are unable to cancel your booking yourself, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking ID in the subject.
Only some of our Transport Providers are able to provide transfers on such short notice. At this time online bookings generally must be made 12 to 24 hours ahead of travel. If you need to book transfers for travel on shorter notice than that no service is available, please Contact Support and our team will find you a Transport Provider who can provide the service.
At this time you can only book a transfer for pick-up from a single location. To make a booking from multiple locations, please book for each pick-up location separately. If this is not what you want, please Contact Support and our team will help you book.
At this time when you're booking a return transfer on our website you can only change the time and date of travel, while locations and the number of passengers must remain the same. To change the number of passengers on your return transfer, please make a separate booking.
Only some of our Transport Providers are able to provide transfers that don't travel To or From an airport. At this time all online bookings require an airport for either the To or From locations. If you need a transfer that does not go To or From an airport, please Contact Support below and our team will find you a Transport Provider who can provide the service.

Simply click into the search field and begin typing your search location to see a list of suggestions. Then be sure to select your location from the suggestion list provided to make your booking.
You can search for any From and To locations on Jayride, with transfers available for all major airports and nearly all local destinations. If you can't find any available services for your transfer, please Contact Support below and our team will help you book.
Your Transport Provider needs to know the exact number of people travelling to provide the service, including your children, so please book and pay for their travel. If you require a baby seat or child booster for any children travelling with you, please be sure to leave a note for your booking requirements in the additional notes field.

Only some of our Transport Providers are equipped to provide disabled access with their vehicles. At this time our website does not support booking for disabled access without prior contact with our Transport Providers. You can book for baby seats, extra luggage, and any other items by noting these on your booking in the extra items field. Please be aware that extra items and other requirements may incur additional fees directly from your Transport Provider. Your Transport Provider will confirm your transfer based on your travel details provided. Your Transport Provider will try their best to accommodate you, but if not then Contact Support.
A booking confirmation page will appear, and you will also get an email confirming your Jayride booking. Your pick-up time will be confirmed by your Transport Provider based on your travel details provided.

You will receive airport meeting instructions by your Transport Provider after you book on Jayride. Your Transport Providers meeting instructions are provided on your booking confirmation. You will be dropped off at the location you booked on Jayride. All our transfers are door to door, and your driver will take you to the exact location that you selected on your booking.
You can enquire about the vehicle with your Transport Provider directly. You will get your Transport Providers full contact details after you book on Jayride.
Usually, for a shared transfer you are paying for a seat and therefore cannot choose the vehicle for your transfer. Usually for a private transfer, you are paying for the whole vehicle, ranging between a sedan, van, or minibus.
