“I rang your company on the 17th March advising that I would not be needing this return transfer on the 18th, from the hotel to the airport. Because of the coronavirus scare in Sydney, we returned home to Queensland on an early flight on the 17th. As your office was not contactable to change our pickup details early morning of the 17th, we went by train to the airport. I advised your company on our arrival home and was advised that I would receive a refund for the unused travel. That is, the return leg from the hotel to the airport. So far I have not heard about my refund. Please advise.”
