“Read the whole post. Our driver was great! On time, polite and very friendly. However this was the second booking. Our flight out of the States was late causing us to miss our connection. Immediately I contacted Jayride and the transfer company who refused to adjust the pickup time and treated us as a no show and would not refund our money. We had to rebook the second reservation at an additional cost. Horrible customer service and a total scam. ”
