"We had a good trip both times we used their service. The price was reasonable and the driver friendly and helpful. My husband was concerned that the driver wouldn’t show up as we had not heard from them with a pick up time for our trip to the airport. A phone call to confirm they had the booking was made and all good. This was my only criticism of the hole experience. Would certainly use their service again."

If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
