"The driver texted to let us know he was on his way to the airport while we were just arriving at the gate, then updated when he was in the arrival hall while we were clearing customs. He was very pleasant and courteous and even made a bit of a detour so we could stop at an atm for cash. The car was quite new and very clean, and he supplied as with a welcome bottle of water, which we were glad to get as we were dehydrated from the flight. Definitely a good value and nice experience!"

You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Your transfer company will confirm this with you when you make your booking. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
