“Thank you so much for such a smooth transfer to my wife and I’s accommodation. From the moment we stepped out although we were in the wrong area because of my wife’s leg injury our driver was able to quickly get in and get us out under 30seconds because of the restrictions they have of where the pick up zone is but the car was very clean and so very comfortable. It was such a smooth ride no bumps or sudden breaks. He was an exceptional driver we felt very safe and at ease. Very friendly guy and respectful as well, great conversation. Booking on the website was of average standard. I didn’t receive instructions for pick up zone until AFTER I had booked and this was just a little hiccup for us as we weren’t aware we would’ve had to walk abit due to my wife’s leg injury BUT thankfully our driver was able to still make it to us with his clear and prompt communication.
