What a blessing after a long trip! Smooth, easy ride and Frank was polite and friendly even after a long Thanksgiving Day of driving since morning. “Drivers were just 5 minutes late however wouldve preferred they be five minutes earlier to eliminate any anxiety of getting eight people to the airport on time. Both gentlemen drivers were extremely professional and pleasurable. One suggestion when booking your pick up time... Make sure to put actual pick up time when booking not flight departure time. It is not clear on their website. I reached out twice to confirm and reconfirm the pick up time was corrected. All worked out great & the company was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. ”
