“Ray, the representative who coordinated my airport pickup went beyond the call of duty; he was my angel. Ray fielded my initial request in the early a.m. on the date of travel and again fielded my call from an airport courtesy phone at my destination close to midnight that same day. He remembered my unique needs upon arrival at my destination airport and proceeded to coordinate with the assigned driver in my behalf. Upon pickup, Lance, the assigned driver marveled on having just received a phone call from Ray regarding my pickup. With that introduction, I knew that I was being looked after from afar and I felt safe. Lance was punctual and professional, and importantly, observed Covid19 protocol of social distancing and the wearing of a mask. Despite both driver and passenger experiencing a long day, the conversation that ensued during the hour long ride provided a pleasant end to what could easily have been a difficult trip.
