“Our driver communicated with us very well. He sent a picture of himself and the car he would be in. He even took a picture of the parking area he would be in so that we knew where to go. After picking up our luggage, we went outside and he pulled up right when we arrived at the parking area. There was no wait time. My only issue was that we were expecting the driver to meet us inside holding a sign with our name on it. We were offered this service, but didn’t receive it. Ultimately, it wasn’t needed.”
