He is the former CEO and Chairman of Rome2rio, the door-to-door travel search engine which was acquired by Omio in December 2019, and a non-executive director of Tokyo Stock Exchange listed Veltra Corporation, Japan’s leading online seller of tours and activities.

Rodney co-founded Jayride in 2012 and has built the Company from concept through to what it is today. Rodney has 15 years’ of experience in founding companies and leading teams. In addition to team leadership, Rodney has deep subject matter expertise in passenger transport with a focus on open data ecosystems and standards for global transport distribution. His prior roles have included being the Founder of Hitch (marketplace for hitchhikers), a founding member of The Ridesharing Institute NZ (an alternative transport NGO) and Marketing Director at Navigo (enterprise software sales).

Randy Prado
Randy Prado is the Chief Executive Officer of Jayride Group Limited (ASX:JAY), leading the company’s transformation from a global travel aggregator into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mobility platform.
With deep experience in fintech and mobility, Randy has built and led ventures across Southeast Asia and the U.S., spanning AI-driven e-wallets, ride-hailing, and fleet SaaS platforms. Earlier in his career, he pioneered mobile phone banking at Nokia, helping launch one of the first mobile banking applications outside Europe.
At Jayride, Randy is focused on integrating payments, AI, and mobility technology to deliver scalable SaaS solutions for fleets and operators worldwide. His leadership anchors the company’s growth strategy as it expands across Southeast Asia, Australia, the U.S., and beyond

Ram Navaratnam
Mr Navaratnam acted initially in a contract capacity as Finance Director since March 2025, supporting the Company’s financial restructuring and strengthening its governance and reporting frameworks. The Board resolved to confirm his appointment as Director of Finance on September 2025. Mr Navaratnam is a finance executive with over 32 years of experience in audit & accounting, corporate finance, banking, and capital markets. He began his career in KPMG (audit and liquidation & administration) and has functioned in the areas of Compliance and Risk management(Stockbroking and Derivatives houses) and also has advised and led transactions across infrastructure, technology, and resources, and has served in senior finance roles with both listed and private companies. Ram has also held directorship in 2 ASX-listed companies in he last 11 years. He brings deep expertise in governance, fundraising, and financial stewardship for growth-stage enterprises.

Appointed to the Board of JAYRIDE Group Limited in March 2025, Brett Partridge offers over 35 years of executive and director-level experience across multiple sectors, including electrical, data, property development, retail, and investment. Brett has been instrumental in leading land and commercial property development projects, ranging from residential developments to significant contracts with government and local authorities. His expertise also extends to data and electrical investment strategies, where he has consistently demonstrated an ability to align operational execution with broader market opportunities. With a career defined by hands-on management of startups and SME operations in Building as well as IT Industry, Brett brings deep insights into business growth, financial discipline, and market positioning. His background in strategic planning and governance equips him to provide valuable oversight to Jayride’s ongoing transformation into a scalable global travel technology company. Tzipi brings current and deep ecommerce and marketplace experience through her role as Executive vice president in Mirakl Inc and her previous roles as Technology & Operation Director for AMP Australia, Global Head — Digital commerce and contact centre with Woolworths Limited and Chief Information Officer with Tiv Taam Group.
