If you need to change the time and date (for instance if your flight time changes) of your booking or your contact details, then contact us using our online form with your booking ID and desired changes, and we can update your booking for you. If you need to make any changes to your booking that alter the price, (for example, changing location or the number of people traveling), then you need to cancel your original booking and create a new one. Our support team can advise the best course of action for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need some help. Please note: We are unable to update your booking within 24 hours of travel. Any updates within 24 hours of travel are at the discretion of your transport company and need to be made by contacting them directly using the details on your booking confirmation.

Once you have completed your booking your Transfer Company will confirm the best pick-up time for you based on your flight details. You may contact them directly to request a time based on your specific requirements.

All prices listed on Jayride.com are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Your transfer company will confirm this with you when you make your booking. Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
